This animal repellent utilizes a two-tier system of driving away potentially destructive animals from areas you want to protect such as your pool, garden, flower bed, or outdoor fireplace. And because animals do have their place in nature, this repellent shoos them away without causing any lasting harm.
The Guardener first emits an ultrasonic alarm of multiple frequency that is audible to animals but not to humans. Although this alarm is usually sufficient to ward off intruding animals, a second line of defense is available. In the event that the animal does not leave within 10 seconds after the triggering of the alarm, Guardener fires a salvo of pressurized water towards the intruder. The water spout rotates up to 170°, thus spraying a wide arc, and is effective up to 7 meters away.
These defenses provide a virtually fail-safe system of animal deterrence. They are activated by a motion sensor that detects movement within a range that can be adjusted from about 4.5 to 7.5 meters.
Guardener is solar-powered which makes it an environmentally friendly device and eliminates the need to periodically replace batteries. You need not connect it to a garden hose as it has its own water reservoir. This means that you can place or move it anywhere you want without the water hoses running across your yard.
